Like many residents here who have been homeowners and are apartment living for the first time since college, I have enjoyed my experience. Nothing is perfect but I appreciate the style and layout of the buildings and the units, the amenities ( I mean having a beautiful outdoor kitchen with gas grilled provided is awesome!)

I've lived in various properties around the U.S. it's my first time in the west coast and I'll say this place is very good for the area. The property is very clean, no drama of parties etc.
